I took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson there because it was making Knocking Sounds. Bailey was so Very Nice, Sweet and just so Pleasant to work with. They found metal in my Oil.Since I was leaving it there overnight to be checkedon the morning they gave me a ride home. I'm sorryI don't remember the person's name who drove me but she a also Very Sweet and Nice. They found there was only 1 qt. of Oil in it instead of 4. Bailey called Hyundai to try and see if it was Under Warranty since it has only 44,000 miles on it or get them to cover some of the Expense. They said only if a certain Rod Failed. They could've kept it and checked it for the real cause and just done the work there but they didn't. Because of it Possibly being the Rod she told me I should not Drive it but have it Towed to Hyundai and have them find out the Problem in case it was the Rod and then there wouldn't be any Problem Proving that so itwould be under Warrant. They didn't have to do that and could've just let me get it Repaired there. I can't Thank them enough for how they Handled my Problem! It is just a Wonderful Place. I Highly Recommend it to anyone who needs Repairs to their Vehicles! Thank You So Much Bailey an

Our daughter is a college student at UNL. We live a couple hours away so when she needed urgent car repairs, a family member recommended inMotion. They were exceptional to work with; fairly priced, great communication, and follow up. They had her back on the road in good time. I can’t thank them enough. Jacey and Henry took excellent care of her. I would highly recommend them to other parents of students.

This was our first time taking our van to InMOTION and it was a great experience! Jacey did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process and explained everything very well! They had all the work done when they said they would and their pricing was fair. I felt confident in all the work that they had done, and I would definitely bring my vehicle back here again!

As a new resident to the area, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from inMOTION Auto Care. From the very beginning, Chris took the time to explain the process and kept me informed every step of the way, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service, which eliminated the need to wait at the shop. The drivers were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, it was evident that the mechanics genuinely cared about ensuring my vehicle was operating at its best. That level of attention and professionalism does not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service. inMOTION Auto Care has earned our trust and will be our vehicle service provider of choice moving forward!

Jacey at INMOTION was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated her patience with my probably silly questions and was able to reassure me they would have my vehicle back in working order quickly. She is great to work with! Thank you Jacey! INMOTION itself was impressive to me right away when their first option on their phone menue was "push one for (enter service here) and to talk to a real person.....push 2 for (enter service here) and to talk to a real person".👌 I also was able to text with them when that was a more convenient option for me. Lastly, they offered me FREE pick up and delivery of either me or my car and I was able to use a loaner of theirs for a very low rate too. The girls at the counter proudly shared that the owner was a woman...then I understood why this broke vehicle experience was better than any I'd had before. Overall, I will definitely call them next time I have a need for my vehicle, you should too!
